Growing up in a Christian family in Oklahoma, Tristan was introduced to the gospel early on. He accepted Jesus as his Savior at the age of 7, and from a young age, he felt a deep calling to serve the Lord through worship. Even before he knew how to sing or play an instrument, he felt God's call on my life at 13, and he knew he was meant to pursue worship ministry. God has faithfully equipped him for this calling and ignited a passion to lead others into His presence through music and worship.

Tristan attended Oklahoma Baptist University, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Worship Studies in 2023. His education and hands-on experiences have helped shape him as both a musician and a worship leader, preparing him to serve churches more effectively.

In May 2024, he married his wonderful wife, Annsley Russell, and they are excited to build a life together centered around faith, ministry, and service.

On July 1st, 2024, Tristan joined the staff of Emmanuel Baptist Church in New Caney. He serves as the leader of the worship ministry and as the communications director. In both roles, he's passionate about furthering the mission of God’s Kingdom in the church's community. 

As the worship leader, his heart is to create an atmosphere where people can encounter God, grow in their faith, and worship in spirit and truth. As communications director, he works to share the church’s message and connect with the community through various platforms.

With a heart for worship and a commitment to service, He's excited to see how God will continue to use his life and ministry to make an eternal impact on the community of New Caney and beyond.
